cnc routing: general information

Big City's CNC router is a state-of-the-art machine designed for cutting a range of materials. Controlled via a PC, it can precision-cut 2D and 2½D shapes, and 3D forms. It is used extensively in the production of many of the items in Big City's catalogue, and for custom orders for clients.

    • Software    

    Big City can work with most files generated by vector graphics or CAD programmes. However, due to the technical requirements of converting PC files to 'tool-path' operations, client's files often require some degree of extra in-house work.
